Batanically known as (Talinum Fruticosum or Talinum triangulare) and commonly known as waterleaf; is a herbaceous annual and perennial plant with light green edible leaves. Water leaf is scientifically classified as a weed, it is extremely abundant in rainy season, easily propagated by cuttings and by seeds; it is quick growing and has a short life cycle making it a highly perishable vegetable.
